UPA USB v1.3 oto elektronikte işlemci programlama işlerinde en çok tercih edilen cihazlardan birisidir. Oto beyin ve elektronik tamir işlemlerinde sıkça kullanılan UPA cihazı bağlantı adaptörleri sayesinde geniş bir işlemci hafızasını okumak ve yeniden programlamak üzerine tasarlanmıştır. UPA V1.3 USB – Motorola, Amtel, Atmega HC, PIC, NSC, TMS 370, ST, MCU, SPI, I2C, Microwire işlemcileri ve eepromları programlamanıza olanak sağlar. Komple set olmakla beraber Nec Adapter modülünü de içermektedir.
