About Your Request
Below is a summary of who can apply under the KVKK, how to apply and how long it takes.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone whose personal data is processed by OTOEKO (customers, visitors, suppliers). You must submit the request yourself.
Response Time
Under Article 13/2 of the KVKK, your request is answered within 30 days at the latest. There is no charge.
Alternative Channels
You can also submit your request through a notary, by registered mail with return receipt, as a document signed with a secure electronic signature, or via a registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
Free of Charge
Requests are free as a rule; a fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply only if you ask for a written response.
