While your programming equipment communicates with the ECU, EM385 supports the vehicle’s power supply. Follow the operation by monitoring voltage and current on the display.
The unit also features built-in cooling, physical controls and an emergency stop button.
Panel-controlled power support for your programming equipment.

Charge to suit the battery
Choose the right charging mode for your battery from standard lead-acid, flat-plate AGM, spiral-wound AGM and GEL options. Voltage and current are regulated automatically, and charging stops when complete.
Charge 12 V lead-acid batteries at up to 40 A in the vehicle or 20 A outside it. EFB batteries are charged outside the vehicle.
LiFePO4 (LFP) and NCM mode charges compatible 12 V batteries at up to 20 A. Lithium charging and lead-acid battery restoration are carried out with the battery removed from the vehicle.
Adjustable power for programming
Set the voltage for the service task and use the additional modes for different workshop needs.
The right voltage for the task
Set programming power between 9 and 16 V, or use fixed 14 V mode where appropriate.
Programming mode provides a short-duration maximum output of up to 150 A. Select the voltage required for the service task and monitor the readings on screen.
Display and starting support
During vehicle display use, up to 40 A of support is supplied as the load requires; maintenance charging continues in standby.
Mains-powered starting support provides a short-duration 400 A output for compatible 12 V vehicles.
Easy monitoring with Turkish menus
Manage each operation with the 4.3-inch color touchscreen and physical controls.

Connect
Keep ventilation openings clear. Prepare a grounded 220 V supply and secure the clamps to the correct battery terminals.
Choose the mode
Select the operation and battery type, and choose in-vehicle or out-of-vehicle charging where applicable.
Monitor the readings
Select the voltage required for the task, then monitor voltage, current and operating status.
Complete the operation
Maintain power until programming is complete. Stop the output and disconnect according to the manual.
