Plug into USB, open Windows Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT), set USB Serial Port to COM1 and Latency Timer to 1 ms.

Set the switch to K-Line (bridged) for pre-03/2007 vehicles or D-CAN (unbridged) for post-03/2007 LCI models, then plug into OBD2.
