What does it mean?
B2367 is a Body (airbags, seat belts, body electronics) fault code. It indicates: Window Washer Motor 1 Control Circuit .
Symptoms
- Power sliding door operation is locked out and neither the fob nor the handles will run the door
- The override or child lockout indicator stays lit no matter how the switch is set
- The door has to be moved manually and feels heavy against the drive unit
- The switch feels normal to operate but its position has no effect on the system
- The fault remains after the switch is returned to the enabled position
Likely causes
- Signal wire from the override switch grounded by chafing behind the instrument panel
- Liquid spilled into the switch pack leaving a conductive path across the contacts
- Override switch mechanically stuck with its contacts closed
- Harness pinched behind the lower dash panel after a previous repair
- Corrosion or terminal fretting inside the switch connector
- Short between the override input and an adjacent ground pin within the connector body
- Failed input stage in the sliding door or body control module
How to fix it
- Confirm the physical position of the override switch first, because a genuinely selected lockout is not a fault
- Watch the override input in live data while toggling the switch, no change means the circuit is stuck
- Unplug the switch and check whether the module input returns to its rest state
- Measure resistance from the signal pin to ground with the switch removed to separate a harness short from a switch fault
- Inspect the loom behind the lower dash for pinch damage and evidence of liquid ingress
- Repair or replace the affected wire, then dry and clean the connector before reassembly
- Replace the switch when it is internally shorted, and the module only if the input stays grounded with everything else disconnected
